Brand development for a quirky (and tall) coffee roaster

 

Tallboy is a brand-new boutique coffee roaster company that needed a brand image that reflected its playful, community-focused personality.

The new brand identity was created during my time at Theory Agency and aims to convey a high-quality product delivery whilst being playful with the brand name and its humble, quirky identity.

Having previously built a pair of long 'legs' into the wordmark as the “L’s”, it made sense to use these as the 'building blocks' across some fun brand illustrations.
